Firefights over Kashmir lead to hashtag battle

Users started a heated hashtag battle after Indian and Pakistani troops exchanged fire across the Kashmir Line of Control (LoC). 

The recent violence forced tens of thousands of villagers from both sides of the LoC to flee their homes and has resulted in at least 14 civilian casualties. Both sides blame the other for initiating one of the worst instances of violence since the 2003 ceasefire.

Several noted how common Twitter fights have become between Indians and Pakistanis.
