Latin American refugees turn to Mexico for asylum

The Central American nations of El Salvador and Honduras have been ranked among the most dangerous in the world.

Hundreds of thousands of people have fled the violence, setting their sights on getting into the US.

But with the Trump administration’s tough stance on immigration, many are increasingly looking to Mexico instead.
