Al-Qaeda’s wing in north Africa has hit once again. This time the target was an army barracks in Algeria.
At the same time Morocco raised the threat level to its highest.
So, how serious is the al-Qaeda threat in the Maghreb?
Will countries put aside their political differences and coordinate efforts to fight terrorism?
