Trump impeachment inquiry: Mick Mulvaney defies subpoena

    The acting White House Chief of Staff has defied a subpoena ordering him to testify at the impeachment inquiry into President Trump.

    The closed-door phase of the investigation is now wrapping up with public hearings due to start next week.
