Can Inter stop Man City?
It will be a daunting task for Inter’s coach Simone Inzaghi based on tonight’s evidence but her team won’t mind sitting deep and hitting City on the counter.
They’re polar opposites, with Inter playing five at the back and City just three in this new formation, so it should make for an intriguing contest.

Man City better on every metric
They had 60 percent possession to Real Madrid’s 40 percent, despite the Spanish team having to chase the game for much of this second leg.
Guardiola’s team out-shot Madrid 16-7 with, crucially, seven of City’s efforts hitting the target compared with just three for Los Blancos.

Bernardo Silva on ‘a beautiful night’

“They [the fans] helped us to have the momentum to go after Madrid. We were very resilient, we were passionate and organised,” he added.
Changing of the guard?
Real Madrid pulled off some escape acts to win the Champions League last season, but there were no such Houdini antics this evening.
They were outclassed by a City team who look like they finally understand how to win in this competition and demolished their opponents tonight.
