James Woolsey: 9-11 attacks linked to Iran and Iraq

In this web extra, Mehdi Hasan challenges former CIA Director James Woolsey on Iraq and 9-11.

Woolsey says that “Iran was involved [in]… the support to the terrorists that brought about 9-11.”  

Woolsey also says the surge of troops in Iraq was a success, blames the “mess” in Iraq on Obama’s troop withdrawal.
