Silk Road trial raises privacy questions

Some fear abuse of constitutional rights as NYC court hears arguments in case concerning illegal online market

The man allegedly behind the illegal online market known as Silk Road is on trial in New York. Ross Ulbricht, 29, faces a number of charges including computer hacking, money laundering and drug dealing. But advocates of internet privacy say his constitutional rights are also on trial.
