Mexico fails to provide promised jobs to migrants

The United States and Mexico reached a deal months ago to allow tens of thousands of asylum seekers to wait for their hearings on Mexican soil.

The Central American migrants were promised jobs and shelter under the “Remain in Mexico” plan.

But, as Al Jazeera’s John Holman reports from the border town of Tijuana, that is not happening.
