The new digital pill, just approved for use by the US Food and Drug Administration for people with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other forms of mental illness, actually lets your doctor know if you’ve taken it.

But the pill is raising questions about the presence of ‘Big Brother’ in medicine.
