The United States is sending asylum seekers who arrive at its border to a “safe third country” to seek refuge there.

For the past few weeks, flights have been arriving in Guatemala with Honduran and Salvadoran asylum seekers. 

But there are doubts over whether Guatemala can provide for them or protect them.
