George Mitchell, the US envoy to the Middle East, has reiterated the Obama adminstration’s desire for a two-state solution on his trip to the occupied West Bank.
Mitchell spoke to Mahmood Abbas, the Palestinian president in Ramallah, as he wrapped up a two-day visit to Israel and Palestine.
Al Jazeera’s Nour Odeh was in Ramallah monitoring the meeting.
