Can Haiti’s government deliver justice?

Haiti’s Foreign Minister Claude Joseph says that he is ‘confident’ in the country’s justice system.

Faced with rampant gang violence and widespread protests, Haiti’s government is being forced to contend with a decades-long legacy of government corruption and institutional decay in the wake of former President Jovenel Moïse’s assassination, earlier this year.

This week on UpFront, Marc Lamont Hill speaks with Haiti’s Foreign Minister Claude Joseph who says he still believes that justice is possible in his country.
