The entire tennis world is talking about Novak Djokovic

The entire tennis world is talking about a young man from Serbia named Novak Djokovic.

He has shot to number three in the world rankings and has beaten all the big names in the sport – including Roger Federer, who he overcame to claim the ATP Masters Series title in Montreal in the lead-up to the US Open.

Tennis writers, fans and players all believe Djokovic could be the next big star in the game.

Balkan Barrage

There is also a Balkan barrage taking over the women’s tour.

Two young Serbian players – Jelena Jankovic and Ana Ivanovic have both broken into the world’s top five. They have been turning heads and winning titles.
