Vietnam set to be big winner in TPP trade deal

    Vietnam is expected to be one of the biggest winners of the revamped Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade deal that will be signed in Chile later on Thursday.

    The deal's future was in doubt after the US pulled out of the agreement last year.
