People in liberated towns turn on suspected rebel supporters as French-led forces retake parts of the north.

As French and Malian forces retake parts of northern Mali, there are concerns about revenge attacks.
In Gao, suspected fighters have been rounded up in house-to-house searches. And Al Jazeera has seen evidence in Timbuktu of supected rebel supporters being targeted.
