The Libyan opposition seems to be scoring one diplomatic victory after another over Muammar Gaddafi.

The Obama administration has invited a Libyan rebel delegation to the White House for talks on Friday, while Mustafa Abdul-Jalil, the National Transitional Council chairman, met David Cameron, the British prime minister in London on Thursday.

Meanwhile, the Libyan fighters have claimed military gains in besieged city of Misurata.
