Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte has demanded an investigation into the sinking of a boat by a Chinese fishing vessel.
The incident left 22 Filipino fishermen floating at sea before they were rescued by a Vietnamese boat.
It is the latest confrontation between Manila and Beijing over the disputed South China Sea.
