Afghanistan’s ascendant cricket team secured one of the two qualifying places in the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup.
The Cricket World Cup starts on Thursday, with emerging teams like Afghanistan aiming to make their mark in the sport.
They play the defending champions Australia on Saturday with Rashid Khan, the best bowler in the world, and a genuine chance of causing upsets.
