Afghanistan explosions: Dozens killed in two separate blasts

The Taliban says its suicide bomber targeted special forces soldiers but most of those killed and injured were civilians.

Eleven days before a presidential election, two explosions have rocked Afghanistan, one at a high-security area of the capital, Kabul.

The other was at an election rally being held by President Ashraf Ghani.

At least 48 people have been killed and dozens injured.
