Mexico eases restrictions despite increase in COVID-19 deaths

The working-class Iztapalapa district in Mexico City can not afford to shut down for the coronavirus, even though it is the hardest-hit part of the country.

Mexico has announced its highest daily number of new infections but is getting ready to further ease its lockdown.

But some areas of Mexico City never closed.
