Al Jazeera has removed a video that was featured here, which stated that in Kazakhstan there were reports of violence between Kazakhs and the ethnic Huei community over fears of the new coronavirus.

This was inaccurate.

Al Jazeera can no longer stand by the initial report and is awaiting confirmation about whether reports of violence between Kazakhs and Huei community were linked to fears of the novel coronavirus.
