Chile: Helicopters douse fire that destroyed dozens of homes

Authorities believe arson caused the fire, which swept through neighbourhoods on the outskirts of Valparaiso.

A wildfire has destroyed an estimated 150 homes in Chile and injured a dozen firefighters.

It started in a forest near Valparaiso, west of the capital Santiago, and quickly spread into residential areas.

Authorities believe arson caused the fire and have put a red alert in place in the port city.
