Anger in Argentina where days of power cuts have paralysed parts of the country.

    An energy crisis on the outskirts of Argentina's capital has left many without power for days.

    Residents of La Plata blame the electricity cuts on the utility company for not investing in the area.

    But solving the country's energy problems may require a major overhaul.
