Bangladesh journalists attacked during elections

Targeting of reporters covering the controversial vote that has resulted in re-election of ruling party amid serious vote-rigging allegations.

    There have been allegations of attacks on journalists during the recently concluded Bangladesh elections.

    Al Jazeera's Tanvir Chowdhury reports from Dhaka and spoke to a veteran journalist who says he was beaten by several men while attempting to cover Sunday's polls.
