South Africans highly divided over relaxed cannabis laws

A victory for South Africa's Rastafarian community as the top court rules it's no longer illegal to smoke cannabis, in private.

    South Africa's Rastafarian community says a court ruling on cannabis is a victory for their cultural rights.

    The nation's top court says adults are allowed to grow and smoke it in private.

    But experts say the new rules may be difficult to police.
