Zimbabwe election: Both sides certain of winning

As Zimbabwe awaits the final result of the presidential election, both the MCD Alliance and ZANU-PF are confident of success.

Zimbabwe’s President Emmerson Mnangagwa and his main rival, Nelson Chamisa both say they are confident of victory after Monday’s election.

Observers say it could be a tight race, but the opposition has said it will protest if their candidate is defeated.
