Maduro accuses Colombia's president of assassination attempt

Colombia's President Juan Manuel Santos dismissed allegations he was involved in the attack.

    Venezuela's president says the outgoing leader of Colombia was behind an apparent assassination attempt on him.

    Two drones were apparently launched towards a public event where Nicolas Maduro was speaking.

    The Venezuelan government says they were armed with missiles.

    Colombia's President Juan Manuel Santos dismissed allegations he was involved in the attack.
