White rhino faces extinction threat after last male dies

A species of the rhinoceros is a step closer towards extinction after the last male has died in Kenya. Vets ended the life of the northern white rhino called Sudan when his health worsened.

    But there are hopes that DNA samples and developments in technology will help revive the species.
