Venezuela’s Rodriguez pledges elections, path forward in UNGA speech

Venezuela’s Interim President Delcy Rodriguez says her country must abandon the ‘extremism’ of the past to rebuild a new nation. It was Rodriguez’s first address to the UN General Assembly. She also promised that the country would hold inclusive elections, but did not specify when.
