The last British resident held in Guantanamo Bay plans to sue the UK intelligence services for defamation.
Shaker Aamer has been held without charge or trial for nearly eleven years, despite having been cleared for release by the Obama administration.

Aamer says the UK agencies MI5 and MI6 are telling lies about him, which is preventing his release.
