London attacker was UK-born and known to spy agency.

Prime Minister Theresa May told the House of Commons the Westminster Bridge attacker’s identity is known and he was British born.

British police have launched raids across the country after Wednesday’s deadly vehicle-and-knife attack near parliament. Police say the suspect acted alone.

Eight people were arrested after searching homes in London and Birmingham.
