Dozens of rebel fighters wounded in fighting against Syrian government forces in Qusayr have been evacuated to Lebanon, as troops overran the last rebel bastion in the area.

It is a dangerous and slow operation which many do not survive.

Al Jazeera's Mohamed Vall has this exclusive report from the Lebanese border town of Arsal.
