Google follows Twitter on censorship policy

Google has announced its Blogger sites may be blocked on a country-by-country basis, a move will allow content to be selectively available to users, based on local laws.

It follows a similar move by the micro-blogging site Twitter which recently decided to block tweets within specific countries under a legal order.
