Zimbabwe opposition boycotts parliament

MDC refuses to attend opening, saying President Robert Mugabe rigged recent election.

Zimbabwe’s main opposition, the Movement for Democratic Change, has boycotted the opening of parliament.

It says the July election was rigged.

President Robert Mugabe’s Zanu PF party has two-thirds majority in the national assembly.
