After their final inspection, the IOC has backed London to deliver an 'outstanding' Olympic Games. IOC official Denis Oswald says there are only small details left to finish before the world's attention is on England's capital city. However, although the venues are ready there has been criticism levelled at the money spent, ticket allocation and legacy promises that are yet to be fulfilled. Al Jazeera's Lee Wellings reports.
