Unnamed gambler wins $200m in Italy's biggest lottery as treasury waits for share.

The champagne corks have been popping in the little Italian town of Bagnone, after someone scooped Italy's biggest-ever lottery prize.

The unnamed ticket holder will pick up around $200m - but the other big winner is the Italian treasury, which gets to keep much of the money gambled.
