Mass rally held against Indian rule after Eid prayers in troubled region.

Tens of thousands of people across Indian-administered Kashmir have joined protests against Indian rule following Eid prayers in the divided Himalayan region.

Indian police have been battling for months to contain demonstrations, ignited by the killing of a 17-year-old student by police in June.
