Haitians call for president’s resignation

Political unrest grows amid demands for resignation of Michel Martelly in run-up to 2000 earthquake anniversary.

Monday marks the fifth anniversary of Haiti’s devastating earthquake. Most of the attention, however, is centred on the country’s political unrest. Protesters have been taking to the streets calling on President Michel Martelly to resign.
