Chicago workers take factory over from bosses

When faced with losing their jobs, workers at Republic Windows decided to run the business themselves.

Amid the precarious jobs market in the US, a group of workers in one Chicago factory have taken matters into their own hands.

When faced with losing their jobs at Republic Windows, they decided to take the business over from the bosses and rename it the New Era Windows Cooperative.
