Kenya’s Ethiopian refugees ‘need urgent aid’

Red Cross officials say thousands who fled tribal fighting in border region are in need of humanitarian support.

The Kenyan Red Cross has called for urgent humanitarian aid to help thousands of Ethiopians who have fled fighting between ethnic groups.

Recent battles between the Borana and Garri tribes, in Ethiopia’s Oromia region, which borders Kenya, have killed at least 18 people.
