Waiting for unfulfilled promises in Bangladesh-India enclaves

A year after Bangladesh and India swapped enclaves they held inside each other’s borders, many residents are still waiting for promises to be kept.

While no longer officially cut off from the country they’re located in, many enclaves still have no schools, hospitals or gas lines.
