Hamas accused of torturing man to death

Police say they have opened an investigation and the officers have been suspended pending its results.

    Palestinian rights groups in Gaza are calling for an investigation into the death of a prisoner inside a Hamas police station.

    The family of Ibrahim al-Araj say they have evidence he had been tortured after being arrested at a market place last week.

    Al Jazeera's Nadim Baba reports from the Gaza Strip.
