Russian anti-war presidential candidate barred from Russia’s election

Boris Nadezhdin, Russia’s anti-war presidential hopeful, says the decision to bar him from the election next month is political and vowed to appeal. Election officials disqualified thousands of signatures he had collected to support his candidacy.
