Russia: Ukrainian attack on Belgorod killed dozens

Russia has begun retaliating for what it says was an indiscriminate Ukrainian attack on the Russian city of Belgorod on Saturday which killed dozens of people, including children, according to local officials. It followed some of the heaviest Russian strikes on Ukraine which resulted in the deaths of more than 41 people. Both sides deny intentionally targeting civilians.
