    A massive power cut left 80 percent of Venezuela's capital city, Caracas, without power for several hours on Tuesday.

    The outages happen regularly in rural areas due to the crumbling infrastructure, but they are rare in the capital itself.

    Al Jazeera's Daniel Schweimler reports from Buenos Aires.
