Massive blackout leaves Venezuela in the dark

Power outage left 80 percent of the capital Caracas and some nearby areas without electricity for several hours.

The outages happen regularly in rural areas due to the crumbling infrastructure, but they are rare in the capital itself.

Al Jazeera's Daniel Schweimler reports from Buenos Aires.
