Uruguay to legalise sale and use of marijuana

Uruguay has revealed details of how people can legally grow, sell and use marijuana, in a bid to bring the illegal practice out into the open, and help eradicate the social stigma accompanying it.

Registered users will be able to buy the drug in pharmacies and grow as many as six plants per family.
