A controversial deal struck between the governments of Argentina and Iran has been declared unconstitutional. The agreement would have created a “truth commission” to investigate a bomb attack on a Jewish centre in Buenos Aires in 1994 that killed 85 people and wounded 300 others.
Argentina’s Jewish community had criticised the deal.
