Clinging to analog films in digital era

Some directors, including filmmaker of “Interstellar”, have opted for analog films despite digital domination.

The blockbuster film “Interstellar” has made it a box office success, earning over $700m worldwide.

The film director opted for old-fashioned technology when it comes to putting his film on the big screen.

But the time-honoured analog film-making is being replaced by digital format and almost 95 percent of theatres across the US have converted to digital projectors to show films.
