Measles outbreak sweeps through CAR camp
Doctors vaccinating children in refugee camp near Bangui airport where 100,000 people have taken shelter from violence.

Doctors are racing to vaccinate children living in a refugee camp in the Central African Republic city of Bangui against measles.
Up to 100,000 people have been living in a makeshift camp near Bangui’s airport due to violence between the predominantly Muslim Seleka fighters, who seized power last March, and Christian militias.
In addition to a measles outbreak, the camp has also been shot at in the past, according to Doctors Without Borders.
