Al Jazeera has obtained video of emergency workers in the first hours of the Westgate shopping-centre attack in Nairobi last Saturday.
The work of the Kenya Red Cross has now changed from rescuing people to helping them cope with grief.
Al Jazeera’s Andrew Simmons reports from Nairobi.
